Leadership Pipeline

From Guest to Multiplying Leader

At TechBCM we want you to take you from being a Guest to be a Multiplying Leader. Our desire is for you to multiply your live and make a Kingdom Impact here at Tech and for the rest of your lives. The tool and skills we will give you will help you do just that! So take look a below to see how you can go from Guest to a Multiplying Leader with TechBCM

GUEST

We love Guests at the BCM!  Our definition of a Guest we connect to from one of our events to any of our gatherings, either weekly gatherings or small groups. We would say you are still a Guest if you were only to attend 1 time or less a month. Every first time that comes to any of our Gatherings, we have a HOWDY gift for them!

ATTENDER

Our definition of an Attender is anyone who attends FreshLIFE, a GOGroup, Small Group, or out weekly gathering at 2-3 times a month. Our goal is to see Attenders connected and known within the BCM

SERVANT LEADER

At the BCM one of our primary objectives it to be servants! Servants to our community and to our campus. Once someone connects to the BCM, either being a Guest or Attender, then our hope for them is to serve alongside us! We would define a Servant Leader as someone who is Attending weekly and serving faithfully through one of BCM Team Roles as a Volunteer, Freshman Leadership Team, Team Leader. At the BCM anyone can Serve alongside us!

MULTIPLYING
LEADER

We believe that we are not only called to impact our community and campus by being servants, but we are also called to make an impact through Multiplying Disciples! We believe a Multiplying Leader is one who faithfully Attends and Serves, Shares the gospel faithfully, Consistently is growing closer to Christ individually and through community, and Faithfully makes disciples that multiply. These leaders are essential to the purpose and vision of the BCM.

RESIDENT
MOBILIZER

As students come to the end of their college career, there are 3 choices to make: move one and begin their career, further their education, or continue their leadership development through the BCM. The purpose of the BCM Residency is for a student to serve 1-2 years after graduation to serve as Great Commission Mobilizers on campus, in the community, and to the ends of the earth. This role is 100% self-funded and focused on raising up the next generation of disciple-makers on campus, serving local churches, engaging lostness, hands-on ministry experience, and have the opportunity to begin seminary classes.

WHAT'S
NEXT?

Once a student finishes their Residency, then not is time for them to choose their next path: full-time or part-time ministry, church planting, international missionary work, or missional living through their life and career! There are many choices you can make! The purpose of the Residency are for these Next Steps, so that you can explore your call, be developed as a leader, and be prepared to be sent. Our hope and desire is to see every student who comes through the BCM living out the Great Commission faithfully and fully wherever they are to develop multiplying disciples to impact lostness wherever they may go!
